Travis builds failing due to JSPM GitHub auth fail

My guess is that $JSPM_GITHUB_AUTH_TOKEN expired a while back and a new token needs to be generated.

I updated the JSPM token and now the build is getting past jspm install to actually running tests: https://travis-ci.org/github/labrad/scalabrad-web/builds/669087329. Still some issues to work through. We might end up having to disable tests for a while until we can get the build working again.
