Kotlin has it's own Roadmap, and it's release plan may have gap with Java.
So when JDK GA a new version, Kotlin's Support may delay quite a bit months.
For Java 20, three months delay for RC, two months for Beta

So those modules(tp-tools, code-gen) in Kotlin, may not involve in Nov's Release

will archive some optional function in next release
