Ensure Snatch supports mandatory Kyma module labels

Description

We agreed to use consistent labels for all Kyma modules. Goal of this task is to verify that the agreed labels are applied for the Application Connector module.

ADR with a list of agreed labels is kyma-project/community#864 + Label for documentation described in kyma-project/community#786

AC:

• Verify that we configure all labels (defined in Consistent labeling of kyma modules community#864 + Store the docu link in ModuleTemplate community#786) for KIM-Snatch module
  • If a discrepancy exists, align the labels to be compliant with the ADR
