Adjust Kyma Companion UI to align with designs

Description
The existing POC version already implements much of the intended UI but may deviate from established design guidelines. To ensure consistency and adherence to the project's design standards, the POC code needs to be reviewed and updated to align with the defined design guidelines.

Tasks:
Review the POC UI for any deviations from the design guidelines, this includes but is not limited to:

• 1. Tabs component (needs to be removed)

• 2. Messages (color, markdown components, etc.)

• 3. Code panels

• 4. Follow-up question suggestions

• 5. Input field + add disclaimer below, bigger size, icons

• 6. Waiting indicator + intermediate steps

• 7. Error message

• 8. Action icons on the top

• 9. Time & date in the chat?

• Adjust UI components and layouts to match the design guidelines.

• Verify that the updated implementation maintains functionality and user experience.

Expected Outcome

1. The Kyma Companion UI adheres fully to the project's design guidelines.
2. The UI is visually consistent with other parts of the application while preserving its intended functionality.
