Modules view is jumping/re-rendering

Description
As a user, when I want to think a little bit more about modules that I want to add, I can't do it, because after checking one module and waiting a couple of seconds Add modules view is restarted. The whole view is re-rendering all the time in a couple of seconds duration.

Expected result
The module view does not jump and does not re-render. The user can check one module and then check the second module after 30-40 seconds.

Actual result
The module view is jumping and re-rendering.

Steps to reproduce
Scenario 1:

1. Go to the Modules view.
2. Click Add.
3. Check one module.
4. Wait a couple of seconds.
5. Check that the Add Modules view is refreshed and the selected module is not checked.

Scenario 2:

1. Go to the modules view.
2. Click the trash icon of one of the modules.
3. Wait a couple of seconds.
4. Check that the view is re-rendering the whole time.
