Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Current releases do not include musllinux binary packages.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add musllinux build in CI. This would require the following changes:

  • Support apk package manager in scripts/build_Linux.sh (Perhaps better to also support apt for newer manylinux)
  • Enable musllinux configuration in cibuildwheel
