Hi everyone,

I am a biologist very interested in the IsoformSwitchAnalyzeR package. I found it great that you added Deeplock as a new feature. I am specifically interested in the localisation of the proteins in the nuclear and cytoplasmic granules. For this matter, this protein language model has been recently published : https://www.science.org/doi/10.1126/science.adq2634 , do you think it would be possible to implement the package with ProtGPS ?

Thank you so much for sharing! It looks very cool, but unfortunately, it also looks like it does not meet the standard criteria for tool inclusion in that there is no webserver (and to me it is even unclear how to or if it can be run it on novel isoform sequences).
