File must be saved before scan

Before the first possible scan on the inspections page the file needs to be saved (tested with xlsx and xls). Otherwise a 'System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException' is thrown with the Hrresult beeing ## 0x800A03EC

Thanks for reporting. Normally, automatically a temporary file should be saved and used when running inspections on an unsaved spreadsheet. If this is not the case here, this is definitely a bug.
