[Documentation Issue] Overview page has a broken link

https://docs.prow.k8s.io/docs/overview/ page has a section on "Prow in the wild" which has a broken link for "Prometheus". It redirects to "http://prombench.prometheus.io/".

Error - 404 not found.

Hi everyone, I’m currently working on this issue to fix the broken link in the documentation.
I’ve located a few potential replacements.

• https://prometheus.io/
• https://github.com/prometheus/prometheus
• http://prombench.prometheus.io/prometheus-meta/

Could someone confirm which link should replace the broken one? I want to ensure I’m pointing to the correct resource.
@cjwagner @listx since you’ve worked on similar issues before, could you please share your thoughts?

Maybe just delete the link? I've looked at prometheus/prometheus#15806 as an example and I don't see any Prow jobs in their CI (looks like they use GitHub Actions now).
