How to make a single-file patch that affects multiple deployments and a configmap?

Our application contains two microservices, a web-api and a background worker. When we add a new "product", it comes with multiple volumes that needed to be mounted to these 2 deployments in the same exact paths with some configurations in configmap. I want to move these to their own separate files per product, but it seems my idea isn't working or maybe I'm doing it incorrectly.
