NPM has published client-node @ 0.22.3

Describe the bug
NPM has published https://www.npmjs.com/package/@kubernetes/client-node/v/0.22.3, which clearly isn't a tagged version in github.

What has happened here, is it a malicious release?

Expected behavior
NPM should never have a version available that isn't a proper version.

Add any other context about the problem here.

Our release pipeline was broken and it didn't pushed the tag to GitHub.
We did not investigate further until now but we could manually push that tag if we find the correct commit hash.
