Round: What issues are you getting stuck on?

How do you deal with superscript number citations rather then NAME et al., YYYY format?

• Citations are exactly the same from a markdown prospective. Use the @AUTHORYYYY format to reference the bibtex entry. Put the reference in () or [] if it is not grammatically part of the sentence. The format of the citation is dealt with by the markdown render (in this case Rstudio). As long as the content is correct, don't worry about the format of the citation.

In the meeting:

• Reviewing Stewart 2011 and Nusslein 1999 (Stewart2011 and Nusslein1999 #178)
• Spot checks on the file (name, bibliography..)
• Abstract may/may not be included (not very picky)
• Remove duplicate citations
• If the citation author name is not mentioned in a sentence it will go in parentheses ()
• Have to test how the quotes are going to render?!
• Use a paper specific bib file to track citations
• YYYY-MMMM? Is it correct? - YES
• Add your correct affiliation
