Cannot pick any images with "Send Image"

Bug Description

When I try to send images via "Send Image" button in chat, I'm getting an error. In logs there's nothing wrong, so I don't know what kind of error this is.
Using "Send File" works as it should.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open chat with someone
2. Click "+" in bottom left
3. Click "Send Image"
4. Observe an issue

Expected Behavior

Image picker should be shown.
