Custom status thought bubble is detached when status is less than one line

Bug Description

The custom status thought bubble that appears on profile pictures has the circles detached from the main bubble containing the status when the line doesn't wrap (for example when it's too short)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use an instance that has custom statuses enabled
2. Edit your custom status
3. Write something short in it such as a short word or a single character
4. Observe how the other circles look disconnected compared to when the status is more than one line

Expected Behavior

The circles change height based on the thought bubble's height
