Deadman Switch has some dangers and time restrictions. Allow and Deny Lists also have some limitations.
To protect Owner Sovereignty and allow for edge cases where an owner needs to free all restrictions on their asset is good faith, there should be an OptOut Function where Owner can turn off RoyaltyGuard for their wallet address and token.
Why have Royalty Guard if anyone can just turn it off? Simple, there is a record of the owners that turn it off. From their the artist can see if the reason was legitimate or an attempt to dodge royalties and use that in their future strategies to reward collectors.
