Attempting to run enemy within causes it to crash immediately after returning to base from the first mission, with this error:

/xcom_ew.sh: line 45: 18562 Segmentation fault (core dumped) ${DEBUGGER} "${GAMEBINARY}" $@

After applying your patch, it now crashes immediately on start - without even showing the initial splash screen - with this error:

/xcom_ew.sh: line 45: 18648 Segmentation fault (core dumped) ${DEBUGGER} "${GAMEBINARY}" $@

@knecht I can confirm the issue, now the game crash immediately.

Any idea? Here is my gcc information:

oops, sorry I am a bit late. Didn't realize there were open issues here.
Does this still happen? I could play the whole game without this hack flawlessly about two months ago.
