This sub-issue addresses the creation of a literature review for the Onboarding Experience Study for Knative Eventing (#130 ). The literature review will compile and analyze existing research, articles, and other relevant materials to provide a comprehensive understanding of the current knowledge and findings related to the onboarding experience of users with Knative Eventing.

Tasks:

Identify Relevant Sources:

Research and gather academic papers, articles, blog posts, and other materials related to the onboarding process, usability, and user experience with Knative Eventing.
Include both official and independent sources to ensure a well-rounded perspective.

Analyze and Summarize Findings:

Read and analyze the gathered sources to identify key themes, findings, and gaps in the existing literature.
Summarize the main points and insights from each source, highlighting their relevance to the onboarding experience with Knative Eventing.

Organize the Literature Review:

Structure the literature review in a clear and logical manner, organizing the findings into relevant categories or themes.
Ensure the review covers a broad range of topics, including technical documentation, usability, user feedback, and best practices for onboarding.

Draft the Literature Review:

Write a comprehensive literature review based on the summarized findings.
Include citations and references for all sources used.

Review and Refine:

Review the draft literature review for clarity, coherence, and completeness.
Make necessary revisions to ensure the review is thorough and well-organized.
