lcaac: syntax error reporting in .lca files #62

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When running lcaac assess on the commandline, if there's a syntax issue with a .lca file, I get an error like line 13:4 missing ID at '}'. However, this does not tell me in which .lca file the problem exists, only that there is a problem. In a project with multiple LCA files, this can be hard to debug.

When printing an error from parsing .lca files, print the name of the file being parsed.
