Backtick can't go all the way down the relic list in case of many relics

At that situation, there are at last more two rows of relics which can only be seen by forcing the scroll bar down, and even so the bouncing back makes trying to at least read what they do a challenge.

Also, don't know how many relics can't be seen.

About the mods, most of them are content based, the only character mod been used is Cultist.

Suggested fix: Replace line #210 of /src/main/java/com/evacipated/cardcrawl/mod/hubris/screens/select/RelicSelectScreen.java with this:

scrollUpperBound = scrollLowerBound + Settings.DEFAULT_SCROLL_LIMIT + scrollTmp * SPACE;
