Pmms not starting but Http Manager is! (REDM)

Hello,

I am having issues running the PMMS on RedM. The Http Manager will start but the PMMS won't. I put the following commands into the server.cfg: 

## Dependencies
ensure httpmanager

## Permissions 
exec @pmms/permissions.cfg
 
## VORP Resources
ensure pmms"   

Not sure what i am doing wrong. If anyone can give me pointers that will be great
