the restriction that phone number can only be 8 digits is not acceptable. There is no explanation for this in UG or DG as well.
Team, consider this scenario, one of the clients is a tourist visiting Singapore who wants to order pastries from a bakery store using this app. He is using his home country phone number with roaming on, which could be because of cheaper price, or convenience etc. As the phone number is only limited to 8 digits, the bakery owner cannot track the number of the client and hence cannot contact the client for his order, which is unreasonable. Some target users may choose to not use this app because of this. So I am giving this a Medium Severity.
