Can we create automatically GH Issue for the PR sent by ""Sync with Keycloak Server and send PR with changes" ?

Description

When the PR is sent after trigger the action "Sync with Keycloak Server and send PR with changes", there is no GH issue for it. The GH issue could be good as when we generate release notes of keycloak-client (the task which Jon is working on), it can be ideal if the release notes for keycloak-client contains the issue like "Sync with Keycloak server 26.1.0", so people know which is the keycloak-server version which this release is compatible with.

But I don't know if GH issue can be created automatically? We can investigate and check if we can create GH issue and link it to the commit created by the PR from above and also ideally automatically link to the PR.

Maybe we will need to stick with doing it manually, but we can investigate...
