Feature Request: Exclude folder with all subfolders

Hello,
it'd be great to be able to exclude a folder with all subfolders. Currently, I have to exclude every sub(sub*)folder manually, which is quite some work. Being able to ignore a higher level folder and therewith also exclude all its subfolders would make this much easier :)

This is probably easy to implement, but the UX will be annoying to adjust in a way that the code looks good :) I guess we could do a checkbox in the excluded folders line, or maybe an icon with two states.
