Add isolated, repeated cases proving that the exact hook instruction and explicit $roborev-fix selection invoke the skill, while pasted review findings and ordinary requests to fix those findings do not invoke Roborev.
Run the cases through the existing stubbed executable harness so evaluation cannot contact a real Roborev daemon or modify production review state. Compare relevant supported Codex models and record both command execution and false "skill unavailable" responses.
