Question: should there be a way to follow more granular objects (like issues, prs, milestones, etc.) #625

Description

@SamEdwardes

I've been using Middleman for a few days now and I am really enjoying it. I've been using it for a few personal projects and has been useful.

I also tried setting it up for a few work-related projects and I found it to be too noisy. The work-related projects are very active and have many commits, issues, and PRs being created all the time that are not of interest to me.

Maybe this is completely out of middleman's intended scope, but I'd be interested in tracking more granular things for some repos. For example, I create an issue in a repo. I want to track anything related that issues (PR's that mention it, other issues that reference it, milestones its related to, releases that its related to).

Thanks for the work on middleman so far and for considering my question.
