Restoring simple one-click signature action

When including signature positions as blank in properties, no form is
provided for users to sign

Fixing disabling purpose field behaviour

Previous 1.3.0 do not disable that field in PDF signature, as it was including a ghost "Null" purpose at visible signature.

Bug solved: Third signature not appear visible.
Added sixth signature.
New signature positions for a better disposition.
New property in alfresco-global.properties to disable action button to sign not pdf documents(SignOtherDocs). Default: false. --> New Evaluator and Web Service.
