feat: add target for update command

If there is a bug in latest release, after running self update, there is no simple way back.
User should have the posibility to downgrade ocx using the update command with parameter setting target to previous release.

Hm, I don't think it's a bug with 1.4.0 but rather with the registry itself. I will look into this nonetheless
