[Umbrella][Summer OSPP 2025] Introduce E2E for the Karmada Dashboard

The Karmada Dashboard has released its first official version. To ensure the stability of the Karmada Dashboard's features during rapid iterations, it is hoped to introduce automated testing capabilities for the Karmada Dashboard. By integrating Continuous Integration (CI) capabilities, automated test cases will be executed with each code submission to guarantee the stability of the Karmada Dashboard's functionalities.
