docs: home page lead spans the full content width - #21

The lead paragraph carried a 38em cap, so it stopped well short of the column edge that the code block and screenshot below it reach. Removed; it now wraps at the same width as everything else on the page.

Removes the 38em max-width on the home page lead paragraph, which left a blank band to its right while the code block and screenshot beneath it ran the full column.
