Probably not, most of the functionality is core now, and the next version of 5e (6.x.x) will probably cover most of it.

Aura Effects is a rewrite by a great dev that is way more pefomant and should migrate your active aura effects if you need something to cover the gap. https://foundryvtt.com/packages/auraeffects
