All auras, even those premade with the module, are ignored

Describe the bug
Auras have no effect on tokens in DnD5e

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any actor in dnd5e system (5.1.4)
2. Click and drag "Aura of Protection" from the Active Auras Auras compendium onto the actor
3. See error in developer console:
   ActiveAuras | INFO > ActiveAuras | Ignoring 'Aura of Protection' change system.bonuses.abilities.save to Nep Ekro

Expected behavior
I would hope that the included auras would work and apply the relevant bonus to the actor's saving throws

• Foundry Version: 13 stable - Build 348
• Module Version [e.g 0.1.42]: 0.12.4 (also present in 0.12.2)
• All Modules Disabled: Yes (only active auras and its dependencies are active)

Additional context
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the active auras module, and double-checked that combat-only option is disabled, but still cannot get the aruas to work. The game is not paused. I have also tried granting the actor the aura feature and then re-spawning their token, but with no luck. The "ignore effect" checkbox is left blank as well.

This is working for me, do you have the actor on a scene? it will only apply the bonus when it can evaluate scene tokens, and will then create an effect such as "Aura of Protection (In Aura)" that applies the effect.

Yes, I do. The actor is present on the scene, but the bonus does not apply to it or other allied tokens. I even tried starting a combat and the aura is still ignored.

Are there any commands I could run in the console to dump the relevant actor/token info? Maybe there's a certain field that just isn't getting set for some reason.

I had a friend update their foundry to match my installation and the auras worked for them, meanwhile I did a fresh install and new world and the auras still won't work for me.
