Ability to edit/customize the roadmap copy

Feature Description

As an engineer who would like to upskill herself by going through a particular roadmap, I would want to be able to edit the roadmap as per my needs. For example, there could be few topics which I already now about, or I want to exclude those from my roadmap. So I should be able to customize it based on my needs.

We already do support forking a few roadmaps, we will be adding more. I am closing this issue for now.

However, this doesn't mean that the requested feature won't be added to the website. We are putting it in the backlog and will add it to the website depending on how it ranks in the backlog or sooner if we find someone interested in adding that feature. Thank you for the request though! 🙏
