Default content template renders all text as URL-encoded #86

The title, excerpt, and highlights all get inserted with URL-encoded text, so we see stuff like "can&#39+t" instead of "can't"

There is a simple fix using a pipe to Nunjucks "safe" function. I can work on this on a fork and submit a pull request
