Strip to MVP: channel list + chat + per-channel agent config only

Strip Workshop back to absolute MVP. Remove all half-baked features.

Keep

• Channel list + switching
• Chat (send message, agent replies via gateway)
• Per-channel agent configuration (which agents can chat in this channel)
• Channel create/delete

Remove

• TODO Panel (global)
• Channel Tasks / Kanban
• Direct Messages
• Pin system
• North Star
• Cron Dashboard
• Patrol system
• Notifications
• Agent registration UI

Why

First real user testing (Luna, 2026-04-14) found bugs everywhere — DM doesn't work, messages duplicate, pins broken, chat overflows, confusing duplicate TODO panels. Too many features, all half-baked.

New approach: get the basics rock-solid, then add features one at a time with proper testing and dogfooding.

After strip

• Fix Messages duplicate on channel switch / WebSocket reconnect #31 (message dedup)
• Fix Chat messages overflow screen — no auto-scroll, input box hidden #34 (chat scroll/overflow)
• Then the product actually works for its core use case: talk to agents in channels
