Solo certification expirations

Solo certifications should be valid for only 30 days, renewable for up to 3 times each of 30 days never exceeding 90 days in total.

Reference VATSIM Global Ratings Policy Section 4.5

Currently solo certifications have no expiration date.

Also 4.5 specifies that solo certifications can only be issued for Approach/Departure and Enroute Controller trainees.
