Sort roles in the popup on WP profile edit page

Hi Justin, suggestion for Members improvement - sort roles on the popup in user edit page.

I wasn't sure where a popup was at first. I'm guessing that's an IOS screenshot of the role <select> dropdown.

The role dropdown on the edit user screen is not added by Members. This is a core WP feature. Not sure if it's hardcoded or not though. Just making a note.

Noting that we need to look over every place in core and the plugin where roles are output to make sure there's consistency.
