Enhancement - Add Raw Capability Name When Human-Readable Setting Enabled

With the new setting in Members 2.x to "Show human-readable capabilities when possible", there's no longer a way to visibly see the raw capability name (e.g. edit_users) without disabling the feature or inspecting the HTML.

While I'm a proponent of this new feature, there are times when seeing the raw capability is desirable without disabling the feature altogether.

Could we get something like a tooltip or the raw capability name shown in parenthesis added to the UI somewhere?

This strikes a good balance and would give developer and power users the ability to see both the human-readable name and the raw capability name at the same time, without having to toggle the feature on/off.

I'm not sure whether a tooltip would be good for screen readers here.

I'm kind of digging the second screenshot with the cap name to the side though.

I've given this some more thought. I think always showing the plain cap would be preferable. On smaller mobile devices, we may hide it to save space.

I'm attaching a screenshot of an early draft of what I'm doing for 3.0. Any feedback on it is appreciated. This incorporates both the human-readable/title and the code version of the capability. Got some good feedback on it this morning and thought it'd be good to go ahead and share.
