Enhancement: If rrr/www options off, don't display in Simplified View either #199
Description
Pretty much said it all in the summary: if rrr/www options off, don't display
in Simplified View either.
This is controlled with the Count/WatchFormat option from the Standard View
options; if it's set to blank, it shouldn't be displayed in the Simplified view
either.
