Disk Space Bar does not show in Footer (Header) in Sage V9 and Windows 10

I've been using Gemstone for several years on a Windows 7 Pro 64 system.  After updating to SageTV version 9 last year, I still had the Disk Space Bar appearing at the bottom of the screen when turned on.  After building a new system with Windows 10 Pro 64 and SageTV v9, the Disk Space Bar no longer appears at the bottom of the screen.  It is there in the Base STV, but not in Gemstone.
