Add Friendly encoder name to wherever encoder is shown

There is a plugin that allows you to show friendly encoder names so instead of seeing "HDPVR 00a65f234" you can see "HDPVR1". This friendly name does show up in some screens, like the parallel recording view, but in the View Recording Details screen it shows the unfriendly name.

I think this plugin was written by BobPhoenix and JREKiwi. Some of the other UI screens seem to use it in place of, or in addition to, the unfriendly name. Give it a try to see.
