Setting season level background fanart still always displays series default background fanart

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In Gemstone set a series default background
2. In Gemstone set a season default background different from the series 
background
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the background at season level to be the default set in Fanart 
Manager.  The series default background is still always displayed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version on Windows 7

still an issue in Gemstone 2 - will review with Fanart issues
