Option in Flow Create/Edit to set a parent Menu Item #123

Something to consider...
when a user creates a new flow it is only available to them IF they still have
the default Videos menu with the default Gemstone Dynamic Flow list.
Perhaps add an option for users with Menu Manager turned On to select a parent
menu to add the Flow to. This could be on Create AND offered in Flow Manager
to all changing the Flow Menu Parent. We could even set the name of the Menu
Item to the Name of the Flow to save typing.
May get more complex as the "order" of the menu items could need adjusting but
we could optionally launch into the Menu Manager after creating the menu item
to place it on the menu.
