Flow Filters need option to optionally OR filters #111

I've noticed, in regards to category filters, they are applied as 'OR' for the
category list, but then 'AND' for the different filter types. Makes sense for
most the other filter types, but it seems categories and user categories might
need to be 'combined' into a single main filter level (like the default UI does
it).
Example: My kids favorites are all tagged with a 'Kids' user category. This is
fine, but i also have a lot of stuff that is picked up by intelligent recording
- some of which is tagged with the Children category. I currently have my
Malore category filters set to Children or Kids (User Category). This allows
the view to pick up all of the kids shows (whether they are tagged by favorite,
or by genre).
In gemstone, however, I am unable to do this. Setting up a Genre filter of
'Children' and a user category filter of 'Kids' limits the view to only shows
that have the 'Children' AND are tagged with user category 'Kids'.
I, of course, work around this with manipulating the vfs, but I know you guys
are looking to avoid that for most cases. thought I'd bring this one up -
especially singe it diverges from how the default UI handles the situation.
