NumFOCUS will be shutting down their Jupyter zoom channel Jan 17

In practice this shouldn't change much for attendees, as they can join with the new link: https://zoom.us/j/95228013874?pwd=Ep7HIk8t9JP6VToxt1Wj4P7K5PshC0.1

But we'll need to update to the new link in a few places:
