To start testing FHIR/JupyterHub ahead of the second CommonHealthCloudStorage version, I think we are going to deploy a standalone FHIR service to start exploring interactions between a JupyterHub deployment and FHIR (SMART-on-FHIR?) service.

After discussion with @yuvipanda and @0mar, our plan is to use the staging hub for the 2i2c jupyter-health deployment for this. We will deploy anything outside the hub (e.g. standalone fhir service) via jupyterhealth-deploy repo.

Tasks:

  • get Omar and Min access to deploy to the staging hub for the 2i2c jupyter-health deployment for this
  • create jupyterhealth-deploy repo
  • add credentials to jupyterhealth-deploy repo
  • set up jupyterhealth-deploy for helm CD
  • figure out what FHIR thing to deploy (is it smart-dev-sandbox?)
  • start deploying FHIR server from jupyterhealth-deploy
