APP error message does not match with what mentioned in DG

Put under Functionality bug as the error message does not match with that is stated in DG. It could confuse some user that read the developer guide

If the tester follows the instructions for testing in the DG correctly, there should be no interviews scheduled for applicant 1 and both positions 1 and 2 before trying the add interview test cases. If done correctly, the correct messages will be shown as described.
