Error 529 while scanning any site

Starting a couple of days ago, the docker image jumanjiman/ssllabs-scan:latest does not work for any site:

docker run --read-only --cap-drop all --rm jumanjiman/ssllabs-scan:latest -grade https://www.google.com/
