Feature (Pixel Ratio)

Please allow for control of pixel ratio for higher quality of screenshots without changing breakpoints. For example a screen shot of 400x600 * 2pr would yield a 800*1200 image but still have mobile breakpoint activated.

the pixel ratio situation with phantomjs looks very rough, see ariya/phantomjs#10964

maybe we can swap out phantomjs for electron and get it working this way

@juliangruber I think that is a wise choice, I investigated electron and it seems to be better for this reason and for rendering HTML5 videos. For example: whitehouse.gov, do a screen shot of that on both libraries. I also feel that electron is faster, but I have not done a formal test.

i've switched browser-run to electron as the default and it was a definitive win, if all works out well this module should follow
