Cleanup and integration testing

- split the repository and do the rename to cmsgemos
  - migrate to CERN gitlab group
  - manage the access using the egroups (maybe a new one for developers only)
- set up continuous integration (gitlab offers digital ocean, github travis-ci)
  - define packages needed to be installed
  - set up using one a CERN VM
  - use one of the GEM service accounts for developers
