Improvements needed on branch integrated-application-framework before inclusion in release-v2

• need to make the values in the table come from the infospace object (has to be written into the GEMInfoSpaceToolBox class)
• display information from different infospaces in different ways/debug levels?
• different monitoring timers for different types of values, maybe try to stagger the updates to not hammer the system?
• need to get a proper global state based on the combined states of all supervised/managed applications
• add similar functionality for OptoHybridManager, AMC13Manager, VFATManager, etc.
• javascript/json to update web displayed values asynchronously
• move the debug messages currently tagged as INFO to DEBUG or out

• also need to make sure that the correct things happen to the info spaces/monitors during a reset state transition
